Núria Golanó es una de las máximas responsables del Pride de Sitges. Tras 14 años dedicada al Pride, Nuria nos explica cómo ha ido escalando desde su debut en el stand de Información hasta ser la Organizadora y responsable del Evento.
Núria nos explica que la clave de su éxito es haber pasado por distintos escenarios y fases de la organización hasta conocerlas a fondo, esto le permite tener una visión global de todas las piezas que conforman el evento y actuar como el engranaje perfecto para que todo salga de manera fluida.
El Pride de Sitges es el único Pride de toda Europa que ofrece espectáculos gratuitos durante 8 días, al lado de la playa. Tiene una plantilla de más de 150 personas entre personal técnico, organizadores, artistas, modelos y voluntarios y acoge a más de 50 mil personas durante los días que se celebra.
Un esfuerzo titánico que vale la pena para que el resultado sea un evento internacional en el que se celebra el amor, la diversidad, la educación y la libertad de ser.
